Jelen ÁSZF az Ottima Services Kft. (a továbbiakban: „Szolgáltató”) és az Ügyfél (a továbbiakban: „Megrendelő”) között létrejövő szolgáltatási szerződés általános feltételeit tartalmazza.
1. Szolgáltatás tárgya:
A Szolgáltató különböző üzleti, tanácsadási és online szolgáltatásokat kínál, melyek pontos leírása megtalálható a weboldalon.
2. Megrendelés menete:
Ajánlatkérés vagy kapcsolatfelvétel után írásbeli megállapodás (e-mail, szerződés) alapján történik a szolgáltatás megrendelése.
3. Fizetési feltételek:
A szolgáltatás díját a számlán feltüntetett határidőre banki átutalással kell teljesíteni. Késedelmes fizetés esetén a Polgári Törvénykönyv szerinti késedelmi kamat felszámításra kerül.
4. Elállás és felmondás:
A Megrendelő a szolgáltatás megkezdése előtt indoklás nélkül elállhat. A megkezdett szolgáltatás után időarányos díj kerül kiszámlázásra.
5. Felelősségkorlátozás:
A Szolgáltató kizárja a felelősségét minden olyan kárért, amely a szolgáltatás nem rendeltetésszerű használatából ered.

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
